Repudiation Repudiation refers to the denial by a system entity that was involved in an association (especially an association that transfers information) of having participated in the relationship. In contrast, non-repudiation means that in digital security the system can verify that the sender, and the recipient were, in fact, the parties who claimed to send or receive the message, respectively.
