HHO: Hard Hand-Off

Hard Hand Off, used in CDMA systems, describes a hand-off involving a frequency change. The hard hand-off is a break before make hand-off just like in other wireless systems and must be used where the current and hand-off candidate base stations do not use the same RF channel.
